Bay of Bengal system may become a cyclonic storm by October 26

The India Meteorological Department expects a depression over the Bay of Bengal on October 24, a deep depression on October 25, and a cyclonic storm over the west-central Bay by the morning of October 26.

Telangana is likely to stay dry for four days, with isolated thunderstorms possible on October 28 and 29. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can expect rain as the system intensifies.
